What can I say about Marc – the guy is a true inspiration. Despite his obvious disability Marc has come up with an innovative way of overcoming it and is easily a better player than the majority on YouTube. I don't know for sure if he is actually a lefty, but no doubt playing right handed would not have been a viable option! Check out his entry for Guitar Idol 2009 'Narcosis' below.
